Terms of Service

By creating a Deep Sesh account or using the Deep Sesh apps, services, or website (collectively the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by Momen Technologies ("we", "us").

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice if the violation is severe.

You own the todos, habits, sessions, and other content you create in Deep Sesh. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momen Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Momen Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
